- To obtain birth or death certificates for events that occurred before 1906 contact the Register of Wills, Orphans Court in the county where the event occurred. For marriage records, contact the Marriage License Clerks, County Court House in county where license was issued. For divorce records, contact the Prothonotary Court House in county seat of county where the divorce was granted.
